By accessing or using AuthorMagic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent website notice.

Your Content & Intellectual Property

Ownership

You retain all rights to your books, manuscripts, and content uploaded to AuthorMagic. We do not claim any ownership or intellectual property rights over your creative works.

License to Us

By uploading content to AuthorMagic, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

Your Responsibilities

You represent that you own or have rights to all content you upload
You will not upload infringing, illegal, or harmful content
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your content

Limitation of Liability

AuthorMagic provides services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Intensity Magic LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of AuthorMagic shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.

Account Termination

Your Rights

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, we will delete your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our Rights

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk. We will provide notice when possible, except in cases of immediate security concerns.
